In the rush to automate insurance, how far is too far?  Are the narratives that insure-tech disrupters put in front of investors compatible with those that customers will opt into?  Lemonade's recent Twitter problem is a cautionary tale.  We've analysed 1,400+ tweets from the past week to deconstruct the drivers of Lemonade's recent troubles - as galvanised by a Lemonade post about the AI they use to assess claims.
